Recognized in The Guardian's "50 Women to Watch," Management Today's "35 Women Under 35" and as a "Face to Watch" in Campaign Magazine, Chrysi was a founding member of Espotting, Europe's first search marketing network. As VP Global Marketing & Communications, Chrysi helped grow the company to 250 people across 8 markets before selling the company for around $200 million.

Chrysi has run digital at (RED) since 2009. Founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver, (RED) helps fight AIDS in Africa by partnering with iconic brands such as Apple, Coca-Cola, Converse & Starbucks. To date, over $190 million has been generated & 14 million people impacted through (RED) supported Global Fund programs. (RED) has been recognised as being "in a league of its own when it comes to social media following" and is the first non-profit with over 1 million on both Facebook and Twitter. At (RED) Chrysi has turned Twitter (RED) - literally - every time you used #red one World AIDS Day the colour of your tweet turned red; set new records with $250,000 being raised in 8 days from check-ins with foursquare and Starbucks; partnered with YouTube for the World AIDS Day 2011 event featuring President Obama, Presidents Bush and Clinton, Bono and Alicia Keys, resulting in 4 million video views and YouTube changing their logo for the day; partnered with Facebook to be the first cause to use Facebook's Open Graph 2.0; and raised $100,000 in over 4 and 1/2 hours from an online game.

Before joining (RED), Chrysi was Managing Director of Steak NYC. Chrysi holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics, an MBA from University of London and has taken courses in Human Rights at Columbia. In 2005 Chrysi was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship.
