Laura Granka is a User Experience Researcher at Google, Inc. She is the tech lead for Search UX research, specializing in both ethnographic research and eyetracking. She earned both her B.S. and M.S. at Cornell University, where she used eyetracking to evaluate user behavior in the online search process. Laura has been with Google's User Experience team since 2005; prior to that, she interned with Google's Search Quality group while pursuing a PhD at Stanford.
