Scott Brinker is the president and chief technology officer of ion interactive, a company that provides post-click marketing software and services to companies such as Anthem, Citrix, Constellation, HSBC, Overland Storage, and Wyndham. Scott leads the product development of LiveBall, the company's landing experience management platform, and works with clients on optimizing their post-click marketing strategies. Before co-founding ion interactive, Scott was a marketing technology consultant for clients such as Fujitsu, Siemens, and Tribune. Prior to that, he was the president of Galacticomm, a provider of commercial BBS software to over 25,000 customers worldwide, including Boeing, Dell, Citibank, GE, Intel, and Sony. A passionate advocate of post-click marketing, Scott has written articles for Advertising Age, BtoB Marketing, MarketingProfs.com, and DM News, and has recently spoken on the subject at the eMarketing Conference, Search Engine Strategies, and the MIT Enterprise Forum. He blogs regularly at PostClickMarketing.com. Scott has a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University, where he graduated as valedictorian, and he also has an MBA from MIT Sloan.
