As Co-Founder & VP of Products for Yojo Mobile, Ms Pawar manages the development of Yojo's mobile products. She was responsible for launching Mizpee, one of the most popular location based applications. She was also instrumental in growing MizPee's usage to over 100K members and 1.2 million hits in less than 5 months. Ms Pawar has contributed a wealth of experience in to the wireless industry. She has worked extensively with a list of leading carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and brands like P&G, Disney, Rand McNally & Toyota. While with Kivera (now TeleCommunication Systems), Ms Pawar was responsible for taking Kivera's traditional Internet business mobile. She successfully conceptualized and launched some of the most successful wireless applications on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and Alltel decks. Ms Pawar was responsible for managing and developing these carrier relations, as also working closely with partners like Rand McNally, Zagats, IBM & Sun Microsystems. It was owing to the mobile initiatives and applications; Kivera was subsequently acquired by TeleCommunication Systems (TCS). Following Kivera/TCS, her product development skills were put to work as the Senior Product Manager in charge of the BeVocal (now Nuance) voice enabled mobile storefronts. At BeVocal, Ms Pawar developed mobile storefronts for leading carriers with an in-built Intelligent Offer Management engine leading to higher purchases by users. Most recently, as the Director of Products for Limbo 41414, the world's largest mobile entertainment company, she took on the task of creating strategic product and marketing initiatives, and mobile campaigns for some of the industry's biggest brands. While at Limbo she was responsible for growing the Limbo community from 100K users to over a million members within 8 months. She was also responsible for successful mobile marketing campaigns for Covergirl, P & G, NBC/Bravo, Lifetime Disney, Toyota, Island Def Jam, Sony Music, Mini USA, Vespa USA, Dolce Resort and, Spike TV among others.
