Ms. Thieme founded Bizwatch Search Analytics in 2010, an online software that analyzes PPC, SEO & social media campaigns and resulting traffic, leads and costs. Bizwatch is Thieme’s second search marketing company, following Bizresearch in 1997, a full-service PPC & SEO campaign management agency. Thieme has worked with major brands including TOMS Shoes, Burt’s Bees, U.S. Education Corp, CRE Rentals, Collin Street Bakery, Levenger, Pier 1 Imports, SpaFinder.com, JCWhitney Automotive, and many medium sized retailers & manufacturers.

Thieme’s peers recently nominated her for Outstanding Woman in Technology for TechColumbus’ Innovation Awards and she is currently a semi-finalist for 2012. She is also currently in due diligence for software pre-seed for Bizwatch Search Analytics to enhance its paid search management platform.

Thieme has presented on PPC & SEO management tactics, and campaign analytics & measurement at over 35 SES (Search Engine Strategies) conferences, and three SMX (Danny Sullivan’s Search Marketing Expo) conferences on PPC & SEO analytics. She has been an expert witness in search analytics for a case involving trademark and metatag concerns.

Thieme has been featured in the New York Times, Internet Retailer, TechNewsWorld, EcommerceTimes, CBS Marketwatch, New York Daily Post, Business First, Investors Business Daily, Columbus Dispatch, The Daily Reporter, MarketingSherpa, SearchDay, SearchEnginewatch.com and ClickZ.com. She was also featured as a Rising Star in Columbus CEO, and Women to Watch in Columbus Ohio’s Business First.

Ms. Thieme developed a search marketing syllabus for The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, and taught the course in 2007-2008. In 2006, Ms. Thieme authored two online courses for SEMPO on Advanced Paid Search.

Bizwatch is integrated with Google Adwords & Analytics, and online marketing programs. Bizwatch highlights 13-month trend analysis of keyword conversions, cost of acquisition, comparing and contrasting organic vs paid search. Its primary purpose is to increase leads/orders, increase conversion rates and lower the cost of acquisition.
