All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Event. If you intend to pay by purchase order, it must be authorized by Rising Media Ltd. in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge. Cancellations made on or prior to 6 weeks prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of $150/£150/€150 (see individual events for details). No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 6 weeks prior to the event.
You will receive a confirmation email no later than one day after registering - please retain this for your records. A VAT invoice will follow.
If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing.
