Lennart Malm, Web Coverage & Merchandising lead, Nordic, IBM Nordic

Lennart Malm has for the past 6 years been part of IBM's web team, ibm.com, working primarily with Nordic web relationship and marketing projects for the SMB and Public Sector segments.
As responsible for various IBM industry portals, he has driven projects with the goal to improve usage and integration of the web in sales, marketing and communication activities.
Prior to this, Lennart worked with contact centre management, setting up and leading Nordic IBM operations in Copenhagen, UK and Ireland.
