Originally from England, Tim worked briefly at the BBC before starting his digital career at e-Dialog with British Airways on their loyalty program. That relationship took him to New York in 2008, where he began working with retail clients. He moved to True Action in 2010 to take strategic account leadership role, later leading the agency\'s largest account - Toys\"R\"Us. In his current role, Tim is Business Lead for Marketing Innovation at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and is charged with developing new ways to facilitate connected commerce.
