Cancellation Policy & Terms
You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at +49 89 921 85034 or email
registration@risingmedia.com by 15 August, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a €150 processing fee. Cancellations after 15 August, 2008 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.
You will receive a confirmation email no later than one day after registering – please retain this for your records. An invoice will follow. SSL encryption is employed on the registration form to protect sensitive data. We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received.
