Sara Andersson

Sara Andersson, Founder & Senior Strategist, Search Integration Sweden AB

Sara has an international marketing degree and has worked with search engine marketing since 1999. She was the founder of the first search engine marketing department of the Outrider group (part of WPP) in Sweden and is still one of the pioneers in the market. She later became Head of Search EMEA at Global Strategies Intl. managing clients such as IBM, Samsung, BP and P&G. Global strategies Intl. was acquired by neo@Ogilvy in 2007. Sara has 10 years experience in conducting high level strategic search consultancy for clients with high complexity and is now managing her own company; Search Integration Sweden AB.

At Search Integration she is focused on helping clients understand search and how to integrate this in their overall business and marketing plans to drive and measure success at the bottom line. The job often involves helping clients define the actual search marketing need and how it can best support other activities but also in many cases evaluate what can be outsourced and what should be kept internal. Sara’s mission at Search Integration is to shape the search marketing world in Sweden and EMEA and provide knowledge and competence to small and big clients in their role as a buyer and user of search marketing services.

John Brenne

John Brenne, General Manager WebCertain Norway, WebCertain

John Brenne and WebCertain specialises in search marketing for international markets. John has worked with WebCertain since mid 2006 and his current role sees him working to expand the WebCertain network. Currently he is based in Oslo where he is setting up a Norwegian branch of WebCertain.. He holds a masters degree in E-Commerce from the Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK. For the last five years he has worked for web development and search marketing businesses based in Norway and in the UK. He is a member of the Scandinavian working group for SEMPO.
In his spare time he likes to go moose hunting and running marathons.

Kristjan Mar Hauksson

Kristjan Mar Hauksson, Director of Internet Marketing, Nordic eMarketing

Kristjan specializes in search engine optimizing and marketing for tourism, the fisheries industry, and other export industry segments. His expertise is assisting companies to gain international visibility through search engines. He is the founder of the Icelandic SEO/SEM forum and contributes regularly as a presenter for organizations, companies, and non-profit organizations.
Kristjan studied Electrical Technology with emphasis on Electronics at Reykjavik Technical College (IS), has a degree in Systems Analyzing from the Private School of Iceland Computer and Engineering (IS), and a degree in Internet Marketing from University of British Columbia (CA). Kristjan has been a sought-after speaker at Internet Marketing Conferences around Iceland and abroad. Kristjan is a Contributing Editor at Multilingual Search and a member of the Scandinavian working group for SEMPO.

Christer Pettersson

Christer Pettersson, Online Manager Search, Eniro

As Online Manager for Eniro’s online search services, Christer Pettersson is responsible for the business development of Eniro’s search sites and search offerings, including new areas as SEM and SEO. Christer Pettersson has been with Eniro since the beginning of 2001, joining the company as Product Manager for the Swedish Internet Yellow Pages site Gulasidorna.se. In 2002, Christer Pettersson took up the position as Online Manager.
Before joining Eniro, Christer Pettersson worked six years for the American publishing house IDG (International Data Group), publishing titles such as Computer Sweden, PC för Alla and MacWorld in Sweden. The last position Christer Pettersson held at IDG, before joining Eniro, was Marketing Manager for the magazine Internetworld.

Christer Pettersson is also co-author of the internet adverting book Sökmotormarknadsföring: så får du fler besökare och kunder via sökmotorerna [ISBN-10: 9197606200]. The book, the only dedicated book in swedish on Search Engine Marketing, was written 2006 together with Urban Lindstedt, journalist, editor and well-known local blogger who is also editor of the niche newsletter E-handelstrender.

Christer Pettersson holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics, with advanced studies in Advanced Economics and Statistics, from Stockholm University, Sweden.


Eric Skuncke

Eric Skuncke, Account Manager, Google Sweden

Working in Google Sweden’s Stockholm-office, Eric manages national and international advertising accounts for some of Sweden’s largest and, within on-line marketing and e-commerce, most well-developed companies

Eric is also responsible for Google Analytics in Sweden with the key aim to increase the knowledge on how to improve the measurability for your website. Some of his current engagements include organising a series of seminars with Sveriges Annonsörer, The Association of Swedish Advertisers; and holding a seminar for at Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet, School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg. Eric holds a Master in Business Administration and Economics and speaks, other then English and Swedish, fluent Spanish.
