Hotel accommodations are available at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Rooms have been reserved at the conference rate of $224.50 single/double occupancy until October 12, 2007 or until the hotel sells out of rooms at that rate. Rates are not inclusive of state and local taxes or resort fees. The resort fee is an additional $10.00 per night and includes use of the health club and of all resort recreational facilities including the lazy river pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball, daily newspaper and in-room high speed Internet access.
There are a very limited number of 2-Bedroom Villas available at $448 plus 13% tax per night. Villas are available upon request and are nonrefundable once purchased. If you would like to request a villa, please email Lisa Daley.
We suggest that you book your hotel reservations early as we anticipate the hotel will sell out of rooms, or the price may change.
Reservations can be made by contacting us at +1 860 350-4084 x500. Registration for SMX Travel@ PhoCusWright is required to be eligible for the conference rate. The hotel requires a charge card guarantee to make a room reservation. Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If you are eligible for additional discounts, please feel free to take a better rate; however to maximize your conference experience, we recommend that you stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.
